One event, nine customers, 27 assets.

Customer testimonials are the most persuasive content a B2B company can publish. They are also the content most B2B companies never get around to making. The customers are busy, they are scattered across a region, and nobody wants to be the person who asks.
Ezypay runs recurring payments for fitness and wellness businesses across Asia-Pacific. Its customers are spread across the region. Filming them one by one would mean flights, hotels and a calendar negotiation with every single one.
Then in May 2026, Beyond Activ Asia came to Bangkok. Two days, one venue, and Ezypay's biggest customers in the region under the same roof. Ezypay was a sponsor.
We filmed nine interview testimonials at the event, including the Beyond Activ hosts themselves. Nine conversations became 27 assets for Ezypay's website and ad campaigns. That is three finished pieces from every person who sat down.
The maths is the interesting part. One location and no flights. Every customer already dressed for work and already thinking about the industry. People are also more generous on camera at an event. They are among peers and they are in a good mood.
Most companies treat a sponsorship as a logo on a banner and a stack of brochures. The banner gets photographed by accident, in the background of other people's selfies. The customers standing ten metres away, the ones who would happily say why they buy from you, go home unrecorded.
If your customers will all be in one room this year, that is your shoot day. Book the crew before you book the booth.
