Podcast Production ◆ Bangkok

Your voice.
Built into a
content engine.

Most podcasts fail because everything is fragmented. Strategy lives in a deck, production is outsourced, and distribution becomes an afterthought. We build everything together from day one, so each piece supports the next. The result is a podcast that is not just recorded, but built to grow, reach the right audience, and turn into consistent content across platforms.

Why Podcast-Led

The brands winning attention aren't posting more. They're saying something worth hearing.

Audio builds authority

Long-form conversation creates the kind of trust that a carousel never will. Your audience spends 40 minutes with you. That changes the relationship.

One show, twenty assets

Every episode becomes short-form video, audiograms, quote cards, blog posts and email content. Produce once. Distribute everywhere.

Distribution is the product

Content without a distribution plan is a diary. We build the system that puts your show in front of the right people, every week.

A CLIENT STORY

From brief to broadcast.
Here's what happened.

01

Strategy — We hadn't recorded a word yet.

A Bangkok-based founder came in with a clear point of view and zero infrastructure. Over two sessions we mapped his competitive position, defined the audience, and built a twelve-episode arc. He expected a checklist. He got a content strategy with teeth — and a name for the show.

02

Production — First episode. Six hours. One discovery.

He showed up nervous. We got him talking. Six hours in the studio produced one polished episode and a discovery that changed the whole show: his best content came when he stopped performing and started thinking out loud. We recut the format on the spot. The show became sharper in the room than anything in the brief.

03

Distribution — Live on Tuesday. Three messages by Thursday.

Spotify, Apple, YouTube. Metadata written, show notes published, thumbnails done. The first episode dropped on a Tuesday. By Thursday he had three unsolicited messages from people he’d never met — a potential investor, a journalist, and a founder who wanted to be a guest. None of them found him through advertising. They found him because the show said something worth finding.

04

Repurposing — One episode. A full week of signal.

Every episode became a quote card, an audiogram, a newsletter brief, and a LinkedIn post. His email open rate climbed to 47%. By episode twelve, a regional media outlet had reached out about a column. He turned down a brand deal because it didn’t fit the show’s positioning. That’s the signal. Authority doesn’t announce itself — it attracts.

Common Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need to be based in Bangkok?

No. We produce shows remotely and in-studio. Most of our clients are distributed across Southeast Asia and beyond. If you're in Bangkok, you're welcome in the studio. If you're not, the quality doesn't change.

How many episodes per month?

Standard engagements start at two episodes per month. We can scale to four or more depending on your brief and your audience's appetite.

What do I need to provide?

You bring the voice, the guests and the brief. We handle everything else — format, direction, recording, editing, distribution and content repurposing.

How long until we launch?

From signed brief to first episode: four weeks. We don't rush production quality, but we don't waste time either.

Do you handle guest booking?

We can coordinate guest outreach and scheduling as part of the engagement. Some clients prefer to handle this themselves. Either way, we provide the briefing process and the questions.

Which platforms do you distribute to?

Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and any platform relevant to your audience. We handle the RSS feed, the metadata and the ongoing optimisation on every platform.

What's the minimum engagement length?

We work on six-month minimums. Podcasting is a long game. The brands that see results are the ones that commit to consistency — not the ones that run three episodes and wonder why nothing moved.
